1. Comment Telegram Settings #
Comment-related Telegram fields (from the docs) are:

Step-by-step:
- In the Auto-Reply (or dedicated Telegram) section, find Comment Telegram settings.
- Turn ON Telegram notifications for comments (
comment_telegram_enabled). - Choose which statuses should trigger alerts:
comment_telegram_on_approved– new approved comments.comment_telegram_on_pending– pending/moderated comments.comment_telegram_on_spam– comments caught as spam.
- In Targets (
comment_telegram_targets):- Enter Telegram chat IDs / usernames for staff or channels that should receive notifications.
- In Template (
comment_telegram_template):- Define how the notification message should be formatted (fields described in docs, following your template syntax).
- Save changes.
Now, when someone posts a comment with the selected status, the plugin sends a Telegram message to your configured targets.

2. Review Telegram Settings #
Review-related fields:

Step-by-step:
- Go to the Reviews portion of Telegram settings.
- Enable Telegram notifications for reviews.
- Select statuses:
review_telegram_on_approvedreview_telegram_on_pendingreview_telegram_on_spam
- Fill Targets with appropriate chat IDs/usernames (
review_telegram_targets). - Customize the Template (
review_telegram_template) as per your docs. - Save.
This lets you or your support team see new product reviews in Telegram right away, grouped by their status.
