WooCommerce Review Auto-Reply Settings (Models, Temperature, Max Chars, Prompt)

1. Open Review Auto-Reply Settings #

1. Go to Davix AI Engine → Auto-Reply.
2. Scroll to the Reviews subsection.

You’ll see fields:

• review_autoreply_enabled
• review_autoreply_model
• review_autoreply_temperature
• review_autoreply_max_chars
• review_autoreply_prompt
• plus notice and predefined review text.

2. Enabling Automatic AI Replies for WooCommerce Reviews #

Option: review_autoreply_enabled

Step-by-step:

1. Turn ON Enable AI auto-replies for product reviews.
2. Save changes.

New WooCommerce reviews will now be candidates for AI replies.

3. Choosing the Review AI Model #

Option: review_autoreply_model

The readme emphasizes separate AI settings for comments and reviews, so this field specifically chooses the model for product reviews.

Step-by-step:

1. In the Reviews section, find Review AI model (review_autoreply_model).
2. Select the appropriate chat model.
3. Save.

4. Setting Temperature for Reviews #

Option: review_autoreply_temperature

This is similar to comment temperature but specific to reviews.

Step-by-step:

1. Find Review AI temperature (review_autoreply_temperature).
2. Enter a numeric value (docs show default around 0.5).
3. Save.

5. Maximum Characters for Review Replies #

Option: review_autoreply_max_chars

1. Locate Max characters for review replies.
2. Enter the limit (docs indicate default 600 characters).
3. Save.

AI replies to reviews will be truncated/limited to this length.

6. Review Auto-Reply Prompt #

Option: review_autoreply_prompt

This prompt is tailored to product reviews (thanks/acknowledgement, product-specific info).

Step-by-step:

1. Locate the Review AI prompt (review_autoreply_prompt).
2. Write instructions tailored to product feedback context.
3. Save.

When new reviews are posted, the plugin uses this prompt + the review text + any context source settings (review_context_source) to generate the reply.
