1. Chatbot / Telegram Issue (No Response / Human Handoff Failing) #
Symptoms:
- Chat messages spin endlessly.
- No AI answer.
- Human mode doesn’t send messages to Telegram or doesn’t receive replies back.
Debug workflow:
- Go to Davix AI Engine → Debug Logs.
- Enable the Chatbot/Telegram channel.
- Save.
- Reproduce the issue from the front-end.
- View Chatbot/Telegram log:
- Look for:
- OpenAI API errors (invalid key, quota, model name).
- REST permission errors for
/human,/human-poll,/telegram-webhook. - Rate limit messages.
- Look for:
- Adjust:
- OpenAI key, model, or Telegram settings based on log messages.
- Test again.
2. Forms Issue (Entries Not Stored / Auto Reply Not Sent / Email Missing) #
Symptoms:
- Submissions don’t show under Forms → Entries.
- AI doesn’t generate a reply.
- Auto emails or Telegram alerts aren’t triggered.
Debug workflow:
- Enable Forms debug channel.
- Submit a test form from a supported provider.
- View the Forms log:
- Check for:
- Provider detection logs.
- Entry insert failures (e.g., DB or validation errors).
- OpenAI errors using
forms_openai_modelor API key. - Email sending errors.
- Telegram sending failures.
- Check for:
- Fix configuration (provider enablement, OpenAI settings, email config, provider filters).
- Retest.
3. Comment/Review Auto-Reply Issue #
Symptoms:
- New comments or product reviews don’t get auto replies.
- Telegram notifications for comments/reviews missing.
Debug workflow:
- Enable Auto-Reply / Comments & Reviews channel.
- Post a new test comment or review that should be auto-replied.
- View Auto-Reply log:
- Look for:
- Whether the plugin detects the new comment/review.
- Whether auto-reply is skipped (e.g., disabled, wrong status).
- Any OpenAI errors when generating replies.
- Any reply user issues (
comment_reply_user_id,review_reply_user_id).
- Look for:
- If Telegram notifications are missing:
- Also check the Telegram or Auto-Reply log for notification attempts.
4. AI Writer Issue (Sidebar Errors / No Output / REST Failures) #
Symptoms:
- Sidebar shows error messages.
- Drafts/rewrites fail to load.
- Requests time out.
Debug workflow:
- Enable AI Writer debug channel.
- Open a post in Gutenberg and trigger AI Writer (draft or rewrite).
- View AI Writer log:
- Look for:
- REST calls to
/davix-ai-writer/v1/generate. - Nonce or permission errors.
- OpenAI errors (bad model, invalid key, etc.).
- JSON parsing issues.

- Look for:
- Fix any misconfigured settings (model, tokens, roles, API key) indicated by the log.
5. LLM Index Issue (Empty JSON / 404 on /llm.txt) #
Symptoms:
/wp-json/davix/v1/llm-indexreturns 404 or empty./llm.txtdoesn’t have expected content.
Debug workflow:
- Enable LLM Index debug channel (if available).
- Visit
/wp-json/davix/v1/llm-indexand/llm.txt. - View LLM log:
- Check that:
- LLM Index is enabled.
- Post types and taxonomies are correctly configured.
- Per-post Davix LLM Index meta box overrides aren’t excluding everything.
- Check that:
- Adjust LLM Index settings and try again.
