2. What the Email Log Stores #
Docs describe that Pro’s Forms module logs email activity:
- Each row typically records:
- Sent date/time.
- Recipient email.
- Subject.
- Provider/entry ID.
- Status (e.g. sent, maybe error flags if applicable).
This allows you to verify which Forms entries have already received replies.
3. Filtering or Searching the Log #
Based on how other Davix lists work in the docs (Entries, Debug Logs), Email Log supports filtering/search:
Step-by-step:
- Use search box or filters (provider/date) at the top of the Email Log tab, if present.
- Narrow down the results to a specific date or form provider.
- Review entries for specific users to confirm that their replies were sent.
4. Relation to Auto-Send Feature #
- If auto-send is enabled in Forms → Email:
- Each automatically sent reply will be recorded in Email Log.
- If auto-send is disabled and you send emails manually using the module’s UI:
- Those sends also appear in the log.
This creates a central record for debugging and auditing.
