3. Configuring From and Reply-To #
Step-by-step:
- Find fields for:
- From Name
- From Email
- Reply-To Email
- Fill them with the details you want email recipients to see.
- Save changes.
These are used when the Forms module sends outgoing replies.
4. Subject and Body Template #
Docs mention a full email template (subject + body).
Step-by-step:
- In the Email tab, locate:
- Email Subject field.
- Email Body textarea.
- Compose a subject line and body that:
- May use shortcodes/placeholders (if described in your docs – you’d use exactly what docs specify).
- Save.
When AI generates a reply text, it will fill into this template or be merged with it, as described by your internal behavior.
5. Auto-Send Toggle #
Docs say:
- “Email templates: from, reply-to, subject, body, and auto-send toggles.”
Step-by-step:
- Find the Auto-send replies toggle in the Email tab.
- If enabled:
- After an AI reply is generated, the plugin will automatically send email replies to the submitter using the configured template.
- If disabled:
- You may instead manually review or trigger email sending.
6. Provider Filters for Auto Emails #
The feature list mentions:
- “Provider filters for auto emails and Telegram alerts.”
Step-by-step:
- In the Email tab, locate Provider Filter or similar setting.
- Choose which form providers’ entries should receive auto emails.
- Save.
Only entries from those providers will trigger the auto email logic.
