1. What the Forms Module Does #
Your documentation describes the Forms module as a central place to:
- Capture entries from supported form providers (e.g., SureForms).
- Store submissions in a dedicated Entries list inside Davix AI Engine.
- Provide predefined replies and optional AI notice text (Free).
- Allow manual AI assistance using the shared OpenAI key (Free).
- In Pro, extend this with:
- Auto-generated AI replies based on dedicated Forms AI settings.
- Auto-send email replies to submitters.
- Search grounding across posts, pages, and products for better AI context.
- Include/exclude URL scopes for reply context.
- Email templates (from, reply-to, subject, body, auto-send toggles).
- Provider filters for auto emails and Telegram alerts.

2. Where to Find the Forms Module #
In WordPress admin:
- Go to Davix AI Engine → Forms.
You’ll typically see tabs such as:
- Settings – enable module, providers, retention.
- Entries – list of captured form submissions.
- Email – email template + automation settings (Pro).
- Email Log – log of sent emails (Pro).
- Telegram – alerts and routing (Pro).
3. Free vs Pro Capabilities #
Free (from docs/readme):
- Turn module on/off.
- Capture/store entries from supported providers (e.g. SureForms).
- Predefined replies (text you can send manually).
- Optional AI notice text.
- Manual AI assistance using the shared OpenAI key (chat-style help for replies).
Pro:
- Automatic AI replies generated from form data.
- Automatic sending of email replies.
- Search grounding across posts, pages, and products.
- URL include/exclude scopes controlling which content is used as context.
- Email templates and auto-send toggles.
- Filters to send auto emails or Telegram alerts only from specific providers.
