1. What Telegram Alerts Do for Forms #
Docs specify that Pro includes:
- Telegram alerts for Forms.
- Combined with “Provider filters for auto emails and Telegram alerts.”
Telegram alerts allow you (or your team) to receive real-time notifications in Telegram whenever new form entries arrive or when certain criteria are met.
2. Open the Telegram Tab in Forms #
- Go to Davix AI Engine → Forms.
- Click the Telegram tab.

3. Configure Telegram Bot Token and Chat ID #
Docs describe Telegram integration for Form alerts and other modules in the plugin (e.g., Telegram live chat).
Step-by-step:
- In the Forms → Telegram tab, locate:
- Telegram Bot Token.
- Chat ID (or target channel/username) fields.
- Paste your Telegram bot token (the same one used across Davix Telegram features).
- Enter chat IDs / usernames where you want alerts sent.
- Save changes.
4. Controlling Which Providers Trigger Alerts #
Since docs mention provider filters for Telegram alerts:
Step-by-step:
- Find Provider Filter for Telegram.
- Choose the providers whose form submissions should trigger Telegram notifications.
- Save.
Now, new entries from these providers will send alerts to your configured Telegram target.
5. Alert Content #
The documentation notes that Telegram alerts include key information about the submitted form entry (subject, name, etc.), formatted by the plugin.
- The exact message format is handled internally by the Forms module.
- It uses your Telegram settings and entry data; you don’t need to build the message manually.
