• Without a valid OpenAI API key, AI features (chatbot, AI Writer, auto-replies, etc.) cannot generate content. Non-AI parts (LLM index structure, basic UI, logs) still exist but won’t call the API.
• Without a Telegram bot token, Telegram-based features (live chat handoff, notifications) will be disabled, but the rest of the plugin will work normally.

You can re-enable either service at any time by re-entering your API key / bot token.

Payments are processed securely by our billing partner (Freemius). You can usually pay with:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

All prices on the pricing page are exclusive of taxes; any VAT or local taxes are added during checkout based on your country and tax details. 

If you cancel or let the license expire:

• The plugin itself keeps working in Free mode.
• Pro-only features (Telegram handoff, Forms AI Pro, AI Writer, auto-replies, etc.) will stop working or revert to Free behavior.
• You will no longer receive Pro updates or Pro-only support.

You can upgrade:

• From Free → Pro
• From Pro 1 site → 3 sites → 20 sites
• You can also switch from Monthly to Annual (and vice versa).

When you upgrade in the middle of a billing period, the billing system automatically prorates the remaining time so you only pay the difference. Downgrades and plan changes take effect on the next renewal date. 

Yes. Monthly and annual Pro plans are subscriptions and, by default, they renew automatically at the end of each billing period so your sites never lose access to Pro features or updates.

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Davix / billing account. When you disable renewal:

• Your license will stay active until the end of the paid period
• After that date, the license expires and Pro features stop working until you renew 

Each Pro license is tied to a maximum number of active sites:

• Pro Solo – up to 1 site
• Pro Studio – up to 3 sites
• Pro Agency – up to 20 sites

You can deactivate a site and move the license to another one at any time from your Davix / billing account (for example when a client project ends and you reuse that slot on a new site).

• Optionally a slot for staging if the staging domain is separate and you want Pro features there too
