1. What is Davix Labs and what do you do?
Davix Labs is a digital engineering lab focused on building structured and scalable digital systems. We develop performance-driven websites, automation workflows, plugins, SaaS platforms, and fully custom digital infrastructures. Our approach prioritizes architecture, automation, scalability, and long-term maintainability rather than short-term visual solutions.
2. What types of services does Davix Labs offer?
We provide website development, automation system engineering, SaaS platform development, digital product development (plugins and workflows), and fully custom digital projects. Every service is delivered using structured architecture planning and performance-focused development standards.
3. How does the project process work from request to delivery?
Our process begins with a structured project request and internal scope review. After evaluating feasibility and defining architecture, we outline scope, timeline, and pricing. Development follows structured engineering standards, including testing and optimization. After validation, the project is delivered and deployed, with support handled according to agreed terms.
4. What is the difference between plugins, workflows, and SaaS products?
Plugins extend functionality inside an existing system, typically WordPress.
Workflows automate processes and connect systems through structured logic and integrations.
SaaS products are fully hosted platforms accessed through user accounts and subscriptions.
Each serves a different role within a scalable digital ecosystem.
5. How do Davix Labs products connect or work together?
Our products are designed with structured integration in mind. Plugins can trigger workflows, workflows can automate SaaS processes, and SaaS platforms can connect with plugins or external systems. This architecture allows businesses to create automation-driven, scalable digital environments.
6. How is pricing determined for services and products?
Service pricing is scope-based and determined by technical complexity, architecture depth, and scalability requirements.
Digital products may be free, paid, or hybrid (free and paid tiers).
SaaS products may follow subscription or tiered models.
Pricing reflects engineering effort and long-term sustainability.
7. Do you offer custom development projects?
Yes. In addition to structured services and products, we develop fully custom digital systems tailored to specific business requirements. These may include hybrid website systems, automation-driven platforms, or advanced digital infrastructures engineered for long-term scalability.
8. How do I manage my Davix Labs account?
Your account allows you to manage purchases, update profile information, change passwords, access downloads, and manage subscriptions. Account security and credential management are the user’s responsibility, and password resets are available through the designated reset page.
9. Where can I download my products and manage licenses?
Downloads and license details are available in your dashboard after purchase. The dashboard may display active licenses, subscription status, and access permissions. Keeping your license active ensures access to updates and eligible support.
10. How does billing and licensing work?
Billing terms are defined before project initiation or product purchase. Digital products are licensed, not sold outright, and usage is restricted according to license terms. SaaS access is tied to account status and subscription validity. Licensing determines eligibility for updates and support.
11. What is your refund policy?
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product. Custom development work generally does not qualify for refunds once development begins. Digital product refunds may be limited due to their downloadable nature. SaaS refunds depend on subscription structure and usage terms. Each case may be reviewed individually.
12. How does support work and how can I contact you?
Support operates through a structured ticket system in the Support Center. Users must submit a ticket with detailed information about the issue. Support covers product-related technical matters and access issues but does not include custom development outside product scope unless separately agreed.
13. What are your response times for support tickets?
Tickets are handled in the order received, based on complexity and severity. Response time refers to the first acknowledgment of the issue. Critical operational issues may receive priority handling. Complex issues may require additional investigation time.
14. How does Davix Labs handle security and data protection?
We follow structured engineering practices focused on clean architecture, controlled access, and responsible data handling. Products and SaaS systems are built with defined system boundaries and structured access logic. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping products updated for optimal stability.
